Africa Update

Students and Parents, I apologize for the lack of posts this past week.

Each day in class, we have added a little more to our African Notes Packet and then worked in the computer labs on our Research/UN Letter.

3rd Period brought their UN Letter Rough Drafts to class today and 2nd Period will need to bring them to class tomorrow (April 3rd).  These need to be typed.

We are finishing our Africa Unit this week.  Our Unit 4 Test will be April 4/5.

Here are important papers handed out today (Day 6):
-Unit 4 Assignment Sheet
-UN Letter Cover Page (explaining what papers need to be included in the UN Letter Packet)
-Peer Edit Form (You need to have two people read your paper and complete two forms)
-Getting to Know Africa (this was an activity we did in class)
-Culture Project (for Term 4)

-UN Letter Packet (see UN Letter Cover Page above)
-Separate UN Letter with Works Cited Page (this copy will be sent to the UN)
