Day 9 (February 8/9)

Test Day!

Thanks for working hard to prepare for the test 3rd Period.

We handed out the following after completing the test:
1) "What do you know about Latin America" Pre-Test.  (Important: this pre-test is due on Feb. 10/13.  You will be graded for answering every question, but you will not miss point for wrong answers.  Do not look up the answers in any outside source.  I want to know what you know on your own.)

2) Latin America Map Identification: This will be checked off on Feb. 10/13.  You can use your book/Internet to find where the countries, cities and physical features are.  Do this well because this will be your study guide for the Latin America Test.

3) Latin America Maps, Graphs and Charts:  This assignment is similar to your Unit 1 "Tools of a Geographer."  This will be turned in with your other Latin America Assignments at the end of Unit 2.

For 2nd period tomorrow: Make sure you have all of your assignments stapled together BEFORE you come to class.  Make sure your island project is complete and you staple your pink instruction sheet to your island project BEFORE you come to class.
