Unit 1 Day 3 (January 23/24)

Day 3 is an exciting class period.  Thanks for participating so far 3rd period and I look forward to our 2nd period tomorrow!

Our Journal Entry for Day 3 was drawing a mental map of Timpview High School.

During class, we discussed different kinds of maps and map projections (See the Map Skills PowerPoint).  We then finished our 5 Themes of Geography Assignment (if you did not finish this in class, then you need to finish the assignment for homework).  We spent the majority of class time organizing ourselves into the US government and participating in our Disclosure Debate.  We will finish our Disclosure Debate on Day 4.
